We had a clogged kitchen drain and needed a hydro jet clean out. After calling around for some quotes, we landed on Super Star Plumbing, who made us an offer we couldn’t refuse. As it turns out, our kitchen sink didn’t have a clean out line with outside access, so unless we installed one first, running a hydro jet was going to be really messy. Miguel offered to install the clean out line and throw in the hydro jetting! The total cost of installing the clean out line AND hydro jet service combined was close to the quotes. I got from other companies for JUST the hydro jet service! Great deal!

If I could give Zero star to these guys, I would do it for sure.
I wanted to change the faucet on my bath tub, so I called them and asked for a quote.
They came to my house and checked it out and told me the pipe behind the wall needs to be changed to a smaller diameter.
I told the guy I don’t want it, so leave it as is. But he insisted on trying something else without my consent.
So, he broke the pipe that goes inside the wall.
He apologized and told me that he can’t fix it, because they don’t do tile works. But he said that he will contact me and will give a discount to repair the damage HE CAUSED!
