Gabby was absolutely incredible. Her customer service is top-tier! She greeted us with warmth and professionalism and made sure both of us felt at ease throughout our visit. She was patient, attentive, and happy to answer all of our questions. Her positive attitude and genuine care really stood out and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free for both of us.
The doctor was equally outstanding — knowledgeable, gentle, and very thorough. One thing we especially appreciated was the use of a camera to show us clear, detailed images of our mouths in addition to the traditional x-rays. Being able to actually see what the doctor was explaining made such a difference. It gave us a much better understanding of our dental health and helped us feel more confident about the treatment plan. In comparison to other dental offices we’ve visited that only rely on standard x-rays, this felt much more modern, transparent, and informative.
The entire staff was friendly, organized, and efficient. The office was clean, welcoming, and clearly well-run. It’s not always easy to find a dental office where you feel completely comfortable and informed, but this team truly exceeded our expectations.
