Been coming for months now. Love the hours that you can come after work no rush. Always clean.
Great massage by all so far. No complaints. I always add cupping and always feel the relief 2-3 days after. Great to address all the stress.
They accolade reservations easily sometimes even same day.

From the welcoming and quiet atmosphere, to the friendly reception, my family and I had a wonderful experience here at In Step Downey. I highly recommend coming for any massage you may need!

Great place to receive a massage. Ive been here twice. Once for a stiff neck and once to help relieve some pressure from my lower back. Each time was with a different masseuse, both were experienced. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also parking in front and back (:

I’ve been coming to get massages only for Michelle and her hands are truly healing, magical even. Yesterday I came in with an injured back but when I left I felt healed and a lot better. Michelle was able to help my back hurt less by the end of the massage truly a skilled masseuse.

My first time at In Step Massage and unfortunately it was not a good experience.
The environment was extremely loud and not relaxing at all. I could hear people constantly coming in and out, employees talking loudly in the hallway, and even a man next to me moaning very loudly during their session. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and the opposite of what you expect when getting a massage.
The massage itself also wasn’t great. I repeatedly asked the therapist to use less pressure, but she continued pressing extremely hard despite my requests.
At the end I left a $5 tip because I felt the service was mediocre. After I had already left and was sitting in my car, the front desk employee actually came outside and asked me for a bigger tip. That made the situation even more uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional.
Overall the environment, the service, and the way the tip situation was handled left a bad impression. I won’t be returning.
