From the moment I walked into the office, the atmosphere was warm, clean, and welcoming. Dr. Hadis greeted me immediately with kindness and professionalism, and they made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Working in hospitality industry I can tell when a practice genuinely values patient comfort, and this office absolutely does.
What stood out most was how attentive and thorough the dental team was throughout the entire appointment. They took the time to explain every step of the cleaning and examination process, which immediately put me at ease. They were gentle, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or like I was “just another appointment.” Every question I had was answered clearly and honestly.
