To the owner and dentists of this business,
please don’t allow the front desk girl to come in to the procedure room and yell at the patient or tell them what to do. I later found out that she had yelled at my wife to remove the glass and out since I declined the procedure. She is so rude and disrespectful! The dentists are nice and understanding but I will take my future referral and business elsewhere.

I had such a great experience at Downey Endodontics. The doctor was gentle, thorough, and clearly knew what she was doing. Even when I felt pain, she made sure to accommodate me and keep me comfortable. Her assistant, Claudia, was also wonderful — and the doctor joked with her so much that I couldn’t forget her name!
From the moment I walked in, the team was inviting and upfront about costs. They explained the treatment plans clearly, so I understood all my options for coverage. The office itself is very nice, located in a quiet and convenient area, which made the whole experience even better.
I would highly recommend Downey Endodontics to anyone who needs a root canal. I was very satisfied with the care I received. Honestly, the work was so good that I hope I won’t need to go back — but if I ever do, I’m heading straight back here without hesitation!
