The front office girls are exceptional: friendly, caring and efficient. And the doctors I usually visit are as well: Dr. Kristina, Dr. Himes and Dr. Kevin. That’s not to say others aren’t, but I can’t comment on them. Very happy overall with the Downey location.

Dr. Hines is wonderful! He does a great job adjusting me. I have arthritis from several old, old injuries, but I feel so much better after going to The Joint. He has a very pleasant, caring demeanor which displays his genuine concern for his patients. When I happen to go on a day that Dr. Hines is not there, I see Kevin. He does a great job also and he always makes me laugh. The office staff are not only helpful, but friendly, and they always make my 9 year-old granddaughter feel comfortable to be there. Keep up the great job!

Your front desk ladies are a shining example of what it means to have discipline and customer service skills. They run a tight ship.
The docs in the back are leaps and bounds beyond what I’ve experienced at other chiropractic practices. My family and I will be visiting Dr. Himes at this location even after we move many hours away.
They all take time and care so the customer always knows that, when they are being seen, they are the top priority and focus. Thank you, Joint Downey team!

First time going to a chiropractor, over the years I’ve had back pain. The first day I went and paid the initial consultation and signed up for the 4x a month service. It’s really convenient because now I can go to any location so I’m god I signed up.
